SHIPPING & RETURNS
Before we can dispatch your purchases, we may need to confirm your details with your card issuer. We will do our best to keep delays to a minimum. Our delivery time starts from the moment an order is accepted and includes a 24 hour period where your items will be processed and dispatched by our warehouse.
Delivery within France
Shipping is free for customers living in France.
All deliveries will be dispatched between 9am-5pm, Monday to Friday.
If you require express service, email us at email@example.com and we will endeavor to organize the delivery for you at additional cost.
You will receive your goods within 3-5 working days after your order has been processed successfully. An automated email will be sent to inform you that your order has been processed and shipped along with a parcel tracking identification number that allows you to track your order.
Shipping is free for all orders in Europe. This offer does not include possible taxes and duties which may be applied at the shipping destination. A flat rate of 15 € per order will be applied for orders in countries outside Europe.
HAKUYO MIYA does not provide DDP (Delivery Duty Paid), which means that all relevant import taxes and duties will not be included in the product price.
Customs for international deliveries and countries outside France may charge import taxes and duty. These may be due on delivery or after delivery. These duties and taxes are not payable by HAKUYO MIYA an can not be reimbursed or refunded by HAKUYO MIYA.

Return & Exchange Policy
Can I change my items?
The items purchased on HAKUYOMIYA.COM can be exchanged for another size provided they are in perfect condition and we have stock in the store. If you want to change an item you have to request a refund or exchange by sending us an email at email@example.com
Please put your original order number in the subject of your email.
What is the term to effect the exchange or return?
The exchange or return period is 15 days from the date of purchase.
What should I do to give the item back?
Returns for defective or erroneous items are free. If you do not like it or for other reasons, the charges for the return will be borne by the buyer.
The products have to be in perfect condition and present their corresponding packaging.
After verifying all the data, we will send a carrier to pick up your package in the shortest time possible, usually between 2 to 3 business days. To make the collection, the transport company will contact you. If for any reason you do not like the date they propose, you can contact them to change it.
Do I have to pay for my return?
Returns for defective or erroneous items are free. In all other cases, the costs of the transport company will be borne by the buyer. For customers outside of Europe, taxes may apply.
How will I receive my refund?
Once the return is approved, you will receive the amount in the same way that you made your purchase.
When will I receive my refund? After approving the return (the items have to be in perfect condition, have the inner labels and packaging), you will receive a confirmation email indicating that the amount will be credited to your account in a few days.
Remember that credit card payment always depends on your bank.
How should I do if the amount of my refund is incorrect?
Contact us and we will solve the problem as soon as possible. HAKUYO MIYA reserves the right to refuse returns communicated or sent after the deadline, or products that are not in the same conditions in which they were received.

Returns & Exchange Policy
All garments returned for refund or exchange must not be worn, used, stained or soiled. Garments must be returned in the original envelope, box and with all the garment tags still attached.
Garments must not be tried on whilst wearing make-up. We will not accept any stained garments and it will be sent back to you without any refund.
There is no charge to exchange items for a different size, however all exchanges will predicate on stock availability.
Receiving a Refund
Your refund will be credited to the original payment method.
For customers who live outside of France, customs duties and sales taxes are non-refundable through HAKUYO MIYA however, you may be able to recover these by contacting your local customs bureau directly.
Please note that refunds can take up to 10 working days to show on your account due to varying processing times between payment providers.
